Create a directory of Mentor-Interns organized in cohort, year, and other interests to help create a community connection.

The event images are not standard and even. Uploading a uniform size would allow for uniformity and standardization of displayed images.

A neutral message can be posted during the non-hiring seasons. With tentative dates.

Currently, these do not work. A discussion of what is to be done here is needed.

There is some information overlap in the 'Events' page. For instance, Education Leadership Forum and Distinguished Global Lectures under the 'Events' open onto same page. Also, Panel Discussions and Consultations have no information.

Clustered details due to the current style can be changed through vertical alignment. Use of Maps and Up arrow help improve navigation

The amount of content under some topics is huge in comparison to others. It requires redistribution and reorganization of the content

We can not see all 6 points on a normal screen with Title and Task Bars (Without maximising the screen) on both MacBook and Windows. I suggest a minor change in layout as mentioned in the third image.

It is better to restrain images to one-half of the screen or have text integrated into them. These images take up a lot of space and make a page look unnecessarily longer.

Optical nitpicks

Move the arrows if possible.

We can establish a golden rule the length of contents should not exceed more than 1/2 or 2/3 of a page. Depending on the location and content size. The remaining page can have images or different content, or navigation links.

We have introduced colour gradation into the image. We can see if the different colours and the technic will work for the website.
